Welcome to Howell Hideaway! Our cozy, safe space is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is a fully-furnished 2-bedroom unit centrally located between downtown Minneapolis and Saint Paul, and many of the beautiful parks & parkways in the Twin Cities. There is easy access to freeways and the area offers tons of restaurants, breweries and entertainment. The space This is a bright and sunny upper unit that typically only requires light at night time. The home is on a forced air system, so cold or warm air is consistently circulating through. There are a set of stairs to access the unit, as well as going up to the apartment. Please keep in mind that if stairs are an issue for you, this may not be a good fit. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. Guest access This unit has a private entrance on the side of the house. Guests have a private, keyless entry to the unit as well as individual locks on rooms. Please note that the backyard is accessible, but shared with the lower unit as well. The shared backyard includes a gazebo for lounging. Other things to note While we do our best to accommodate flexible arrival and departure times, this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If it is possible, there will be a $35 fee for early check-in/late check-out. This is a quiet neighborhood and our goal is to keep it that way. Please be mindful of noise since noise carries easily to the lower unit, where we live. Parties/guests are not allowed without permission.
