I can’t blame you if you will want to stay most of your vacation in this home. Rest your tired legs on the sofa or armchairs as you watch the flat-screen TV in the living room. Relax on the back terrace and fenced-in lawn. Enjoy the privacy of the private deck with mature Texas Oaks Tree. Play fun board games in the well equipped living room, not to forget the professional BBQ grill, that is waiting only for you. I can assure you will Iove it! You can also freely use the Neighborhood's park that is located a few minutes walking from the house, which also includes volleyball and playground for kids. Please note - House is 100% non-smoking. Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 10PM. **Rates are subject to change based on seasonality and availability.
