Under the ancient live oaks and palm trees, on a quiet and sought-after street, this 3 bedroom/3 bath home is entering the vacation RENTAL MARKET FOR THE FIRST TIME. The living room is a spacious retreat with elevated ceiling, ceiling fan, new furnishings, a large screen TV with cable, decorative fireplace, and spectacular views of the Lowcountry sunsets. Behind the living area, guests may enjoy a cocktail off the screened-in deck. Under the fan and string lighting, the deck features a semi-circular couch with comfortable cushion seats and a glass top coffee table. A well-stocked kitchen makes serving and entertaining a breeze. Clean, white cabinets, modern appliances, ample counterspace and an array of cookware and serveware make cooking and dining easy. The kitchen table seats 6 and additional seating can be found in the spacious dining room. Off the dining area, a balcony serves as an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or read a book. Off the living room area, the master bedroom features an elevated ceiling, plush king bed with new firm mattress, large flat screen TV, dresser, closet, fireplace (decorative use only), and balcony. From the balcony, take in the spectacular array of Seabrook Island wildlife. Guests may spot a blue-heron or incredible Lowcountry sunset. In the ensuite bath dedicated to this bedroom, an oversized shower and double vanity offer guests ample space. Guest Bedroom 1 offers an elevated ceiling, comfy queen bed with a new mattress, coastal furnishings, a flat-screen TV with streaming cable services, a large closet with hangers, room-darkening shades, a luggage rack, and a Juliet balcony shared with the second guest bedroom. Guest Bedroom 2 features a plush queen bed with new mattress, closet, a flat-screen TV with cable, room-darkening shades, a luggage rack, and a Juliet balcony shared with the guest bedroom 1. As always, our bedding (including all quilts and comforters) are laundered after each stay. A bath featuring a tub/shower combo, sink with vanity and toilet can be found right off the hallway for guest bedrooms 1 and 2. A loft area acts as a fourth sleeping space. Up the spiral staircase, a loft area features a couch, coffee table, TV, queen bed, and balcony with room-darkening curtains. The loft overlooks the living area below. An additional third full bathroom, offering guests enough space to shower after a day in the sun, is located in the hallway off the dining area. This bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet, and is well-stocked with white, fluffy towels. The home also features a two-car garage and driveway with ample room for parking. This beachhome welcomes well-behaved dogs with a modest pet-fee of $150 PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: SEABROOK ISLAND BUSINESS LICENSE: 2024-0417 STR RENTAL PERMIT: STR 2024-0022 LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. The property does not supply beach towels. WASHER & DRYER: For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the property. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. Coffee Maker: Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe). AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are $50 per day per family or there is a discounted weekly rate ($300). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are golfing, fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, enjoying the pools or ocean, playing tennis or pickleball, there is something for everyone. ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $40 per vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) count as a vehicle. The $40 charge applies if you are staying 1 night 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, charges vary. CHECK IN: We, at Sandpiper, provide a self-check-in for your convenience via a keypad or lockbox at the property, but we are always available to provide as much assistance as you need. We are on the island and always just a text or call away. CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: While there are many properties on the island to book, booking a Sandpiper property means continual service and support before, during, and after your stay. This property is proudly managed by our family-owned, local business. We, at Sandpiper, are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. With a standard for your stay of what we would for our own vacation, offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates. Children: Children welcome. PET POLICY: Dog-friendly. There is a non-refundable pet-fee of $150 per pet stay. DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: In understanding that accidents may happen, all Guests must pay a non-refundable fee of $69 for $1500 coverage in Damage Protection Insurance. Should you wish to secure travel protection insurance, IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler\'s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Please no smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Cancellation Policy: While the cancellation policy is plainly stated, please note that a cancellation processing fee of $65 will be charged for all reservations booked then cancelled irrelevant of when they are cancelled.
