The condo is walking distance to the Oceanside Pier and downtown Oceanside dining at a distance of 0.9 miles, a 15 minute walk. Other attractions such as Legoland is a 17 minute drive, Del Mar Race Track is a 23 minute drive, SeaWorld is a 36 minute drive, San Diego Zoo or the San Diego Zoo Safari Park are both about a 40 minute drive, and Disneyland is a 1 hour drive. This condo does not have air conditioning, but has a wonderful ocean breeze to cool off the unit in the summer months. The condo is not child proofed and it is the guest\'s responsibility to child proof the condo. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to make sure the condo is safe for the guest\'s children and any other children that may occupy the condo during guest\'s stay.
