Master bath offers dual vanity, soaking spa tub and separate shower. Backyard is easy maintenance with synthetic grass and pavers. Owner prefers no pets, however depending on size & breed, owner MAY accept a pet with an additional deposit. I could go on but here's what the previous tenant that just purchased a home has to say: We are a family of four and spent the past year renting the Baneberry property. The neighborhood is safe, and the community is very welcoming. You can literally leave your door unlocked in this neighborhood. Almost every neighbor greeted us on the day we moved and volunteered to assist us with moving in. Whenever there were holiday festivities, there was always an invitation taped on our front door. The neighborhood is quiet at night and full of life during the day. The president of the HOA is extremely nice and welcomed us as homeowners and not tenants. There is a beautiful park that takes 5-minutes to walk to. The park has a large grass patch to enjoy a nice picnic at midday or a glass of wine at sunset. Within the park is a safe playground for children to play in and a trailhead that leads you to several different trails with amazing views. Freeway access and shopping are all easily accessible. The 133 is a 10-minute drive if you want to spend the day in Laguna Beach or drive along the coast. The house is a spacious 4 bedroom with an awesome study that has vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom is huge and has a hot tub with jets for a relaxing massage. There's plenty of parking for 4 cars (garage, driveway, and 2 spots in front of the property). Our landlord and property managers were great and provided excellent service whenever we had questions. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and highly recommend this rental!
